Greenville Trusts Expert Property Management for Local Knowledge & Service

You can pay rent through your tenant portal with an ACH from your checking or savings account or by dropping off a money order at our office. Expert Property Management, 25 Woods Lake Road, Suite 708, Greenville, SC 29607.

You may login to your tenant portal to submit a maintenance request 24 /7. You may also call our office and speak to us and we will submit your request.

The landlord can deduct any outstanding rent, late fees, cleaning fees, or damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Saturday by appointment only. We can receive emergency calls 24 hours per day, seven days a week for emergencies. If you are our Client, you will have the owner's cell phone number and contact them anytime.

You must receive written approval from Expert Property Management before making any changes to the property.
